RESERVATIONS Phone / online bookings will be held for 4 days. The correct deposit must be sent with your booking form. DEPOSIT. The deposit is 25% of each weeks booking. PAYMENT of the balance, as shown on your booking confirmation is due and payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. For reservations made within 8 weeks of your holiday start date you will be asked to pay the full amount when you book. RETURNABLE DEPOSIT. You will be asked to pay a returnable deposit of £160 due with your final balance payment. This will be returned to you during the three weeks after your holiday. Deductions will only be made if there are breakage's/damage, or if the property is left in a poor condition. TOURISM TAX. A minimal tourisM tax of 35p per person per day is commonly payable to the local council. This tax must be paid together with the final balance payment. CANCELLATIONS. If you have to cancel your holiday please notify us immediately. - If you cancel more than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to your arrival date, then you only forfeit your deposit. - If you cancel 56 to 42 days (6-8 weeks) before your arrival date, 50% of the balance is due. - If you cancel less than 42 days (6 weeks) before your arrival date, unfortunately no refund can be made anymore and you will be responsible for the full balance of your holiday costs. INSURANCE in respect of medical and accident cover as well as cancellation is the responsibility of the booking party and is strongly recommended. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE. Please arrive between the hours of 6 pm and 9 pm and depart by 9 am on your last day. BEDS & TOWELS. All blankets, pillows and bed linen are inclusive. A set of towels can be hired for £7.50 per person per rental. The correct sum must be paid together with the final balance payment ELECTRICITY AND GAS for lighting and cooking are included in the price of your holiday. Additional heating costs for late and early season holidays will be charged for and deducted from the deposit. SOCKETS. These take standard continental 2 and 3 pin plugs. PETS. Generally pets e.g. dogs are welcome at the farm, but any intention of bringing animals to the farm must be arranged separately for each pet and at least 1 week prior to arrival. The responsibility for the well being of pets, for their keeping and for any damage created by them on the farm and/or its surroundings (incl 3rd party injury and property damage) lies entirely and solely with the pet owner. Relevant insurance is strongly recommended. CONDITION OF BOOKING. The property should be left in a clean & tidy condition upon departure. All hired towels should be left in the house as cleaning is included in hiring fee. The fee for post departure cleaning services is £60.00 for ‘Farm house Only’ or £90.00 for ‘Farmhouse & Gîte’, depending on the booking. The fee is due upfront. Prior arrangement must be made if there is any increase in the number of occupants. BASIC PROVISIONS SUPPLIED: Salt; pepper; mixed herbs; tin foil; cling film; bin liners; washing up liquid; toilet rolls; matches; cleaning cloths and products; dishwasher products and tea towels.
